Ready for the ball

This is my pride and joy. Made from several different patterns I was able to create the ultimate Cinderella dress. I hand place every sequence, and was very happy with results.

The cape isn't really part of Cinderella, but it is very cold this year so I had to do something for her. This is made out of a faux fur with a maraboo trim. I love how it turned out.

Then I wrapped a headband with the same fabric as the dress.

Add some black satin to her throat and a dab of lipstick and I give you...

My little Cinderella. (Yeah even her hair matches Cinderella's)

Meet Peter Pan

Here is Lucas in his Peter Pan costume. I used a faux suede for the pants and a really heavy green broadcloth for the shirt.

The hat was made from the same fabric as the shirt on the outside and the inside was the same as the pants. Slap on a rope for a belt and a feather on the hat and you have peter pan.

My kids dressed up for Halloween. I made two of the three costumes.

Chandler the dragon, Aiyana as Cinderella, and Lucas is Peter Pan.

Make up all on and ready to trick or treat.

Aiyana's Dress

So Micah is going to be blessed and I thought it would be a good idea to make clothes for the family that match. This is what I came up with for Aiyana. After I finished her dress, she asked that I made one for Susanna. So I did. Pretty cute huh?
